amazing artwork and attentive staff!
spacious suite great artwork nice amenities
The king superior suite (room 501) was spacious and snug. it had a huge terrace and adjacent pool and gym. there was great artwork all over the place. each floor had a different theme. Earth, wind, fire, water. i found the bathroom amenities nice.
there was only one elevator. the gym had only cardio machines and flimsy 5 kg dumbbells.

the staff was very attentive. they handled any issues we encountered immediately. they were also helpful to search about recommendations for attractions or restaurants in the city!!!

the breakfast had so much choice, and was perfect. i enjoyed the amazing speciality coffee in the bar downstairs. the bar featured victoria arduino hardware, so coffee was of excellent quality.

ample storage great aircon
the room included a great big bath as well!!! i found plenty of storage space and coat hangers for all my clothes. the air conditioning in the corridors was great too.
the pool wasn't available, a slight bummer.

walking distance birthday surprise small pool rusty ladder
The room was amazing. I was within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. I received a surprise for my birthday . The crew was thanked for having me on board again.
The swimming pool was super small and the water was cold. The pool ladder was rusty. There was only one restaurant.

amazing design great breakfast comfortable space small room poor cleaning heating system
The hotel design is amazing. It seemed like I was in an art gallery. Breakfast had a great choice of items and everything was perfect. The room had a luxurious design with noble woods and leather. It was a super comfortable space.
The standard room felt very small and rather dark. The cleaning wasn't great. I noticed peanuts and hair on the floor. The heating system did not work very well. The room felt cold.

spacious terrace adjacent pool
The king superior suite included a spacious terrace. It also provided access to the adjacent pool and gym (it was really useful).
Only one elevator serves all floors. IT is a minor inconvenience.
